Our Process
Our streamlined process ensures efficient and thorough medical assessments within 28 days
01
ACCOUNT SET UP
IFA or LA submits assessment request through our secure portal. Carer creates an account on the Assess2Care portal and agrees to share NHS data. Applicant carer completes medical screening questions in Assess2Care portal.

APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Appointment scheduled with one of Assess2Care's qualified medical team. A comprehensive health assessment following Coram BAAF guidelines is completed, including a review of NHS GP records and results of screening tests.

ACCESS & MONITORING
Modular system to securely store, access and track progress throughout assessment process. Access to applicant NHS GP records, with applicant consent.
04
REPORT GENERATION
Downloadable report with recommendations for sharing with carer and panel. Coram BAAF compliant Medical Advisor service and report can be supplied if required.
